Classic Mint Mojito
Mix the lime juice, half to one teaspoon of sugar, and the mint leaves together. Add rum to about two-thirds of the ice in the glass.
Coconut Mojito Pitcher
In a pitcher, mash together mint, lime juice, and Simple Syrup. Pour the rum and coconut water into the bowl. Fill a pitcher with ice and stir to mix.
Put ice in a cocktail shaker. Mix the mint and strawberries in with everything else. Pour the lime juice, simple syrup, and citrus rum into the glass.
Crush and shake the ingredients together without adding soda water. Add soda water to the strained ingredients and ice in a Collins glass.
Mix the sugar, lime juice, and mint leaves together in the glass. Mix the rum with the ice in a cocktail shaker for 15 seconds. Pour into the glass, then add the club soda on top.
Vodka Blueberry Mojito
Mix the syrup, mint, and blueberries together in a shaker. Add the lime juice and vodka, and then fill the rest of the glass with ice. Shake very well.
Use a blender to mix the mango, rum, and lime juice until they are smooth. Blend again after adding the mint leaves. Stir in club soda or seltzer.
Prairie Cucumber Mojito
In a highball glass, crush mint leaves and lime with a spoon. In a shaker, mix the first three ingredients, then strain into a glass.
Watermelon Cucumber Mojito
In a glass, mix the watermelon and cucumber chunks with the lime juice and sugar. Stir in mint leaves, then fill a lowball glass with crushed ice and vodka.
Add mint leaves and the rest of the ingredients, along with pebble ice, to the glass. Swizzle until liquids are incorporated. Top the glass off with more ice and soda.
